Join Us for the 14th Annual POC Crawfish Fest & Cookoff!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 25, 2026 — one of Port O’Connor’s biggest, most festive weekends of the year!

Plans are heating up (and the beer is chilling!) for an epic day of Cajun celebration at the 14th Annual POC Crawfish Fest & Cookoff. This is THE event that brings the whole coast together in beautiful Port O’Connor (POC).

Highlights of the festival include:

  • Crawfish Cookoff with approximately 40 teams competing for bragging rights on the best boil!
  • Live Music all day: Dance the afternoon and evening away with Boudreauz & Pousson pumping out authentic Cajun and zydeco beats, plus DJ Loco Motion spinning more high-energy tunes to keep everyone moving!
  • Competitive Fun: Show off in the Horseshoe Tournament, or tackle the Crawfish Eating Contesthow many can you peel and devour in just 1 minute?
  • Shopping & Vendors: Explore around 30 vendors with boutique finds, fishing gear, art, crafts, and more!
  • Plenty to Eat & Drink: Grab a Crawfish Plate from the POC Chamber ($25 for 3 lbs crawfish, corn & potatoes) while supplies last. Not into crawfish? Other food vendors have you covered. And of course, we’ll have plenty of cold beer available for purchase — no outside alcohol allowed, so stock up on-site!
  • People’s Choice Crawfish Tasting: Donate $25 to taste samples from the cookoff teams and cast your vote for the best!

Pick up your pre-purchased tickets and shirts on Friday, April 24th, at Will Call, between 3-6 pm, at the Kingfisher Pavilion.
