There is a long standing tradition in the fire service of “pushing in” if a new apparatus into the station. it has roots dating back to the days of horse drawn fire apparatus that had to be pushed in by hand. It also shows the unity and strength of the department and community and their ability to work together. We would like to invite the community to the station July 19th at 7pm for such an occasion. We will be serving hotdogs and will have a bounce house for the kids as a way to show our appreciation to this amazing community for another successful benefit. If you are available please join us to welcome our new engine, and retiring one that has served our community for more than 20 years.
