Join us on April 26th for the 13th POC Crawfish Fest & Cookoff. Plans are currently in the works for this year’s event! This is one of Port O’Connor’s largest weekends in POC, and we hope that you will be here for it! There will be a Crawfish Cookoff, with approximately 40 teams participating. We will have live music, including cajun, zydeco, and more festival music! If you are feeling competitive, enter the Horseshoe or Cornhole Contest, or join the Crawfish Eating Contest… let’s see just how many crawfish you can peel and eat in 1 minute!  There will be lots of shopping with around 30 vendors, and lots to eat as well! The POC Chamber will be selling Crawfish Plates ($25 for 3 lbs, corn & potatoes), and if you don’t like crawfish, there will be other Food Vendors as well.  Maybe you would like to taste and vote on the best crawfish?… go for the People’s Choice Crawfish ($25 donation to taste & vote). We will also have Local Vendors to meet your shopping needs…. boutique, fishing, art, crafts & more!
